In this class we will study children, starting with understanding families and parenting, moving through pregnancy and child birth, and going on to newborns through three year olds.

In this class students will engage in a variety of activities and assignments, including participating in a parenting simulation using the Baby Think It Over program.

Course Description
In this course students will develop knowledge and understanding in guiding the growth of children.

We will study children, starting with understanding families and parenting, moving through pregnancy and child birth, and going on to newborns through two year olds.

Course Syllabus Child Development-Infants

In this class we will learn about the development of children including the areas of physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. We will examine the growth of children from conception through age three. This class looks at developmental theories, real world experiences, and personal knowledge, as ways to better understand children.
