Ms. Katie Miller

Hello! My name is Katie Miller, and I teach instrumental music here at Como Park Senior. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire where I received my bachelor's degree in PreK-12 Instrumental/General Music Education. My primary instrument is percussion, and I enjoy playing other instruments as well. Subjects that I teach are: 

Band (all skill levels)

Beginning Piano

Beginning Guitar

Jazz Band 

Pep Band

I am also director of the White Bear Lake High School Drum Line, and teach band at St. Anthony Park Elementary and Hamline Elementary as part of their extended day for learning (EDL) programs.

I was born in St. Paul!

Whether it's hiking, biking, rollerblading or more, I love being outdoors. 

I enjoy traveling and experiencing new things.
